Architect and develop AI-native features for SmithRx's pharmacy benefits platform.

• •As a Senior Staff Software Engineer, AI, you will architect systems leveraging AI capabilities for SmithRx's pharmacy benefits platform.
• •Key Responsibilities Architect and develop AI-native features using Golang, JavaScript/Typescript, Node, GraphQL, and SQL.
• •Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable software.
• •Build deterministic systems around AI models to ensure accuracy in healthcare data.
• •Mentor junior engineers and drive technical excellence.
• •Work with senior leadership to turn technical vision into a roadmap.
• •Requirements BS or advanced degree in computer science or applicable experience. 12+ years of software development experience.
• •Expertise in GoLang or Java.
• •Proficiency with PostgreSQL.
• •Working knowledge of GraphQL APIs, CI and CD pipeline, AWS platform, Docker, and Kubernetes.
