  • You will structure the success journey for mid-market clients, defining how the relationship works, what rituals make sense, and how to scale care without losing quality.
  • Key Responsibilities Map customer needs throughout the journey, ensuring they achieve their objectives.
  • Think, execute, and optimize engagement, retention, and revenue expansion strategies.
  • Manage a portfolio of mid-market clients, acting as the primary contact throughout the journey.
  • Co-construct processes, playbooks, and rituals with the CS team, from onboarding to churn.
  • Act proactively in churn prevention, identifying risk signals before they become problems.
  • Requirements Previous experience in Customer Success or sales, with portfolio management history.
  • Inquisitive profile.
  • Familiarity with CS metrics: retention, churn, NRR, engagement.
