- •Key Responsibilities Spec, build, and maintain professional-grade applications Drive ambitious product initiatives from inception to completion: specification, architecture, implementation, testing, monitoring, and maintenance Requirements 3+ years of experience building user-facing software products with high quality and well-documented production code Experience building great UX with modern frontend frameworks, specifically React + TypeScript Ability to work across the product engineering stack Ability to make informed product decisions based on relevant business context Deep respect and empathy for users A demonstrated track record of high agency, willingness to dive into unfamiliar technical and non-technical areas, and a team-first attitude Passion for decentralized finance
