• •Key Responsibilities Own technical architecture and system design across Control Center, Research Platform, and Agent Forge Drive engineering standards for code quality, testing, observability, and incident response Architect real-time systems for clinical oversight—streaming conversations, escalation workflows, audit trails Requirements 7+ years of production full-stack engineering experience, with significant time at elite engineering organizations Expert-level React/TypeScript skills with deep understanding of performance, rendering, and state management Strong experience building Python backend services, REST APIs, and distributed systems
