- •Lead and build ClickHouse's global GSI partnerships program, owning end-to-end partner strategy, co-sell motions, enablement, and executive alignment to drive revenue.
- •Key Responsibilities Own and grow global GSI program and manage two named partner firms closely Drive day-to-day co-sell and integrate ClickHouse into GSI delivery opportunities Build practice enablement programs for GSI architects and delivery teams Develop executive relationships across partner firms to align strategic priorities Define and track metrics like influenced pipeline and partner-sourced revenue Requirements Proven experience managing named GSI partnerships with measurable co-sell outcomes Deep understanding of GSI practice monetization and GTM integration Experience engaging at executive and MD levels and earning field sales trust Ability to build enablement content and run partner programs Data-driven approach to program performance tracking
