Special Projects Lead, Supply

Lead strategic initiatives, drive execution, and improve operations for the Supply organization.

• •Lead high-priority, cross-functional strategic initiatives across the Supply organization at Preply, turning ambiguous problems into clear plans and measurable results.
• •This role requires strong program leadership and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• •Key Responsibilities Lead high-priority, cross-functional Supply initiatives spanning monetisation, performance, compliance, and other strategic priorities.
• •Drive end-to-end execution of strategic projects across teams such as Product, Legal, Tax, CX, Data, and Supply.
• •Improve how Supply handles complex recurring topics by building stronger processes, playbooks, and operating models.
• •Use data and business judgment to assess impact, shape recommendations, and support decision-making.
• •Requirements 6-8+ years of experience in strategy & operations, consulting, or similar roles in high-growth tech environments.
• •Strong program and project leadership skills, driving ambiguous, cross-functional work from problem definition through rollout.
• •Excellent stakeholder management and influence capabilities with senior leaders across functions.
• •Structured problem-solving ability to turn ambiguity into clear plans and priorities.
