Product Manager 8 Month FTC

Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of a B2B lending product during an eight-month maternity cover.

• •Codat is seeking a hands-on Product Manager for an 8-month maternity cover.
• •You will take end-to-end ownership of an established lending product area, driving discovery and delivery in a fast-paced environment.
• •Key Responsibilities Own the full product lifecycle from discovery to launch and iteration.
• •Lead a dedicated engineering squad and drive product strategy and execution.
• •Maintain the product backlog and make smart prioritization trade-offs.
• •Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Commercial teams to ship outcomes.
• •Requirements Proven experience delivering B2B software products end-to-end.
• •Experience in startup or scale-up environments where autonomy matters.
• •Proficiency with agile delivery methodologies like Scrum or Kanban.
• •Strong stakeholder management and analytical skills.
