TL;DR
Lead the integration of acquired property management companies into our tech platform.
- •As a PMI Associate, you will lead the integration of acquired property management companies into our tech platform, ensuring seamless data migration, process rebuilding, and team onboarding.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead 100-day integration plans end-to-end.
- •Migrate data and systems from legacy systems to our platform.
- •Rebuild accounting, property, and operational processes to our standards.
- •Onboard and lead teams through the integration process.
- •Track and report on integration progress and KPIs.
- •Automate workflows to improve efficiency.
- •Requirements Bachelor's degree in relevant fields. 1-3 years of experience in consulting, M&A, or operations.
- •Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel.
- •Fluency in German at C1 level.
