Forward Deployed Engineer

Embed with customers to deploy and improve Cyberhaven's Content Inspection stack.

• •As a Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE), you will embed with enterprise customers deploying Cyberhaven’s Content Inspection (CI) stack in their cloud or datacenter environments.
• •You will turn complex deployments, failures, and edge cases into product and reliability improvements.
• •Key Responsibilities Act as an R&D owner for customer deployments of on-prem and hybrid Content Inspection (CI).
• •Work directly with customers to architect, deploy, and validate CI in production environments.
• •Lead investigation of complex customer issues by reproducing them in lab or test clusters.
• •Requirements 3+ years of experience in Forward Deployed Engineering, Production Engineering, or SRE.
• •Deep, hands-on experience with Linux, containers, and Kubernetes.
• •Strong understanding of enterprise networking and security.
