• •The Senior Post Coordinator will manage post-production workflows and ensure smooth operations.
• •Key Responsibilities Track post-production workflows including assets, versions, notes, approvals, and deliverables.
• •Maintain accurate project data across systems including Flow/ShotGrid, NIM, and related tools.
• •Drive momentum across projects by proactively following up with artists, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• •Coordinate schedules, meetings, and deliverables across multiple teams.
• •Operate confidently within project management and production tracking systems.
• •Requirements Strong experience in production or post-production coordination within film, television, or high-volume content environments.
• •Deep familiarity with post-production workflows including editorial, VFX, finishing, and delivery.
• •Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• •Proactive, self-directed approach with the ability to anticipate needs before being asked.
