• •Key Responsibilities Own end-to-end applied research from problem framing to production.
• •Set technical direction across LLMs, retrieval, and multimodal modeling.
• •Build evaluation metrics that link offline metrics to online outcomes.
• •Partner with engineering, product, and clinicians to deliver impactful systems.
• •Mentor peers and establish standards for reliability and safety.
• •Requirements MS or PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Computational Linguistics, Biomedical Informatics, or related field.
