Senior Engineering Manager to lead Shopper Activation & Engagement team.
- •Lead a team of 10-12 engineers to own core moments in the shopper lifecycle, including onboarding, activation, and engagement.
- •Shape team strategy, execution, and technical direction.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead Shopper Activation & Engagement end-to-end, owning the team's operating model, roadmap execution, and talent strategy.

- •Requirements 8+ years of professional software engineering experience, including 5+ years managing software engineers.
- •Experience leading product engineering teams across mobile, backend, and operationally sensitive systems.
- •Strong technical judgment across distributed systems, service ownership, and reliability.
- •Demonstrated ability to define, sequence, and deliver multi-quarter roadmaps.
- •Proven ability to lead cross-functional planning and negotiation.
