Shift Supervisor - Lead Barista, Starbucks

Supervise Starbucks shifts, ensure order accuracy, and lead baristas to provide excellent customer experience.

• •Gopuff is seeking a Shift Supervisor for its Starbucks Operations team to ensure order accuracy and fast, efficient delivery.
• •This role assists the site leader in executing store operations, deploying baristas, and delegating tasks to create the Starbucks Experience.
• •Key Responsibilities Act with integrity, honesty, and knowledge that promote the culture, values, and mission of Starbucks and Gopuff.
• •Maintain a calm demeanor during high-volume periods and model positive behavior for the team.
• •Anticipate customer and store needs by constantly evaluating the environment.
• •Communicate information to management to ensure a great working environment.
• •Assist with new employee training and provide feedback on employee performance.
• •Requirements 1+ years of leadership experience in retail, grocery, military, restaurant, or equivalent experience.
• •Cafe leadership experience is preferred.
• •ServeSafe Certification is highly preferred.
