Lead Product Designer

Serve as the design owner across our product, framing problems into clear design solutions.

• •We’re hiring a Senior Product Designer to serve as the design owner across our product.
• •This person’s primary responsibility will be durable ownership of design output: framing problems, enforcing a quality bar, and shipping reliable coherent designs with high independence and autonomy.
• •Key Responsibilities Take ambiguous product problems and frame them into clear design solutions Own the quality standard for design and ensure cohesion and unity across application surfaces Define and run the Design critique process, ensuring high quality designs ship consistently Requirements 6+ years of Design experience, with a minimum of 3 years startup experience Demonstrated ownership of design quality end-to-end for a product or major product area Experience holding a strong internal quality bar
