Interim Senior HRBP drives HR strategy and supports global GTM population.
- •Interim Senior HRBP partners with leaders to drive HR strategy, deliver tailored HR solutions, and support a global GTM population across regions.
- •Key Responsibilities Partner with leaders and managers to align HR strategy with business goals Provide coaching on talent development, performance and change management Manage complex employee relations and ensure compliance with labor law Collaborate with Legal and Works Council (CSE) on regulated HR processes Support workforce planning and HR data reporting Requirements Proven experience as an HRBP in fast-paced environments Solid knowledge of European and French labor law and CSE processes Experience with cadre workforce and Syntec collective agreement Fluency in French and English Strong coaching, strategic thinking and analytical skills
