  • Equativ is seeking a Sales Manager to grow its managed advertising business across Latin America, focusing on Mexico and key regional markets.
  • Key Responsibilities Own and exceed individual revenue quota across Mexico and assigned LATAM markets.
  • Develop and grow relationships with media agencies and direct advertisers.
  • Drive the full sales cycle: prospecting, pitch, proposal, negotiation, and close.
  • Requirements 5-8 years of digital advertising sales experience, preferably in ad tech, programmatic, or media.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding individual sales quotas in a B2B environment.
  • Strong network within media agencies and/or direct advertisers in Mexico.
