Senior Software Engineer, AI Developer Experience

• •Join our AI Developer Experience Team as a Senior Software Engineer.
• •Our mission is to empower a company of builders by delivering a frictionless, standardized ecosystem of core engineering tools.
• •Key Responsibilities Build and maintain internal engineering tooling that improves builder flow and reduces friction across the company.
• •Provide guidance, best practices, and automation to support adoption of AI agentic coding tools.
• •Develop and operate internally facing agents.
• •Implement and improve developer workflows, including guardrails, evaluation approaches, and guidance that enables safe adoption of new tooling.
• •Participate in on-call to support internal users.
• •Requirements Strong software engineering fundamentals and experience shipping and operating production-quality internal platforms or developer tooling.
• •Experience leveraging modern agentic coding tools such as Codex and Anthropic API.
• •Proficiency in one or more programming languages commonly used at Temporal, such as Go, TypeScript/JavaScript, Python, or Java.
