• •The Assistant Manager, Ocean Operations coordinates end-to-end ocean freight movements within the ISC regional network, ensuring on-time shipment delivery and high quality customer experience.
• •Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day logistics with carriers, customs, cartage partners and warehouses.
• •Execute end-to-end movement of freight within the regional network.
• •Meet internal KPIs and SLAs for quality and on-time performance.
• •Resolve client issues and escalate when necessary.
• •Requirements Bachelor's degree with minimum 5 years in global forwarding or related roles. 4+ years industry experience in Ocean Freight, import compliance, or warehousing.
• •Strong critical thinking, communication, and collaboration skills.
• •Proficiency in MS Office or Google apps and process improvement mindset.
