Engine Project Management Officer (PMO)

Supports engine program delivery through robust planning, schedule tracking, cost monitoring, risk management, and reporting.

• •Support the delivery of TEC engines by ensuring robust planning, schedule tracking, cost monitoring, risk management and reporting across the program.
• •Key Responsibilities Support the Engine Program Managers in building and maintaining the integrated program plan.
• •Consolidate schedules, dependencies and interfaces across activities (development, procurement, testing, external partners).
• •Support cost tracking for the engine program: budget follow-up, cost-to-complete and EAC updates.
• •Support engine risk management in line with TEC processes: maintain the program risk register, prepare and support risk reviews.
• •Prepare and consolidate program status reports, management dashboards, inputs to internal and external reviews.
• •Requirements Master's degree (or equivalent) in engineering, project management, industrial management or a related field.
• •First experience in project or program management in a complex technical environment (space, aerospace, energy, industrial systems, etc.).
• •Solid understanding of planning, cost tracking, risk management and reporting.
• •Structured, rigorous and reliable.
