- •Matillion is seeking a Commercial Account Manager to manage existing commercial customers, driving revenue growth through upsells, cross-sells, and renewals.
- •The goal is to expand usage and ensure customer success within the APJ region.
- •Key Responsibilities Own and manage a book of existing commercial accounts, delivering on quarterly quotas.
- •Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the customer base.
- •Build multi-threaded relationships across technical, commercial, and executive stakeholders.
- •Proactively monitor account health and drive renewal cycles to completion.
- •Requirements Demonstrable experience in a sales-focused role (SRD, AM, CSM) within SaaS or technology.
- •Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets.
- •Strong commercial acumen for contract negotiations and renewals.
- •Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and sales methodologies (MEDDIPICC preferred).
