Drive revenue growth by managing commercial accounts and executing upsells and renewals.

  • Matillion is seeking a Commercial Account Manager to manage existing commercial customers, driving revenue growth through upsells, cross-sells, and renewals.
  • The goal is to expand usage and ensure customer success within the APJ region.
  • Key Responsibilities Own and manage a book of existing commercial accounts, delivering on quarterly quotas.
  • Identify and execute upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the customer base.
  • Build multi-threaded relationships across technical, commercial, and executive stakeholders.
  • Proactively monitor account health and drive renewal cycles to completion.
  • Requirements Demonstrable experience in a sales-focused role (SRD, AM, CSM) within SaaS or technology.
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong commercial acumen for contract negotiations and renewals.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and sales methodologies (MEDDIPICC preferred).
