- •Analyze and optimize booking, conversion, and completion processes along the sales funnel.
- •Key Responsibilities Analysis and optimization of booking, conversion, and completion processes along the sales funnel Creation, tracking, and interpretation of relevant funnel, performance, and growth KPIs Identification of process inefficiencies, also with the help of AI, and support in deriving and implementing improvement measures Collaboration in the development, implementation, and evaluation of measures to reactivate lost leads Close support/enablement of daily business in sales, as well as close cooperation with marketing, operations, and product for the implementation of data-driven optimizations Requirements First relevant professional experience (approx. 1-2 years) or relevant internships/work-study activities in an analytical, data-driven, and dynamic environment
- •Contact points with marketing topics and sales organizations are a plus Very good academic background in business administration, finance, mathematics, industrial engineering, data analytics, or a comparable degree program AI affinity: you have already developed products yourself and are passionate about AI product innovations High initiative, hands-on mentality, and enjoyment of independently driving topics Fluent German language skills in speech and writing
