Owns technical customer deployments, builds integrations, and solves live issues.
- •Broccoli AI is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to work directly with customers and define how Broccoli deploys successfully at scale.
- •This is a highly technical, customer-facing role at the intersection of engineering, product, and customer operations.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the technical success of customer deployments from scoping through launch.
- •Build and maintain integrations, configurations, and customer-specific solutions.
- •Debug live issues across voice, workflows, and integrations in high-stakes environments.
- •Translate customer needs into technical requirements and partner with engineering.
- •Identify patterns and turn one-off requests into repeatable processes and tooling.
- •Requirements 5+ years of experience in software engineering, solutions engineering, or forward deployed engineering.
- •Strong engineering fundamentals with the ability to ship production-quality code.
- •Experience owning ambiguous technical problems end-to-end with minimal oversight.
- •Ability to work directly with customers and translate between business needs and engineering execution.
- •Comfort operating in a fast-moving startup environment.
