TL;DR
Owns the endpoint product area, shaping strategy and driving development from discovery to GA.
- •Halcyon is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own their endpoint product area.
- •You will shape strategy, drive product development from definition to GA and iteration, and be accountable for business results.
- •This role requires close collaboration with a highly technical engineering team and customer-facing engagement.
- •Key Responsibilities Shape the strategy for the endpoint solution and translate company objectives into a defendable roadmap.
- •Define scope, sequence work, and make tradeoff decisions, owning them when questioned.
- •Drive initiatives from discovery through general availability and post-launch iteration.
- •Report on outcomes such as adoption, retention, and deal impact.
- •Requirements 5+ years in product management, with senior/lead level experience owning an area.
- •Endpoint experience, including shipping agent-based software and understanding deployment at scale, performance, OS behavior, telemetry, and upgrades.
- •Experience with B2B enterprise products sold to external customers in a customer-facing capacity.
- •Technical aptitude to work with a highly technical engineering team.
