Front End / Fullstack Engineer - Messaging Team

Develop and improve messaging features in a scalable communications platform.

• •Join Aircall's Messaging Engineering Team to build and improve messaging features in a scalable, customer-focused communications platform, working closely with product, design and QA in a hybrid Madrid role.
• •Key Responsibilities Implement and improve features to enhance customer experience.
• •Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product, design, and QA.
• •Write clean, scalable code, unit tests, and deploy to production.
• •Participate in code reviews and troubleshooting.
• •Build tooling to speed development and document technical decisions.
• •Requirements 6+ years of backend development experience and production shipping.
• •Proficiency with React, TypeScript and Node.js.
• •Experience with AWS services and observability tools (Datadog/CloudWatch/Prometheus/New Relic).
• •Familiarity with OLTP databases like PostgreSQL/MySQL and CI/CD processes.
