About the role
Oversee warehouse receiving operations and ensure efficient product flow.
- •As a Receiving Lead at Misfits Market, you will support a diverse and talented warehouse team through your strong communication and organization skills.
- •You will be responsible for operating Powered Industrial Trucks (PIT) equipment to unload and inspect all inbound trailers and accurately move products to their correct location based on temperature and warehouse storage requirements.
- •Key Responsibilities Follows and enforces both company and regulatory guidelines at all times.
- •Oversees the daily tasks of all team members and takes ownership of the safe completion of each function within the Receiving department.
- •Liaises between all warehouse departments to coordinate the efficient flow of products from the receiving area to the designated storage locations.
- •Safely and efficiently operates various types of PIT equipment to unload palletized goods from incoming trailers.
- •Conducts thorough inspections of received products to verify quantity, quality, and integrity.
- •Accurately records and documents all received shipments, including product details, quantities, and any discrepancies.
- •Requirements Authorized to work in the United States.
- •Experience or comfort with working in a refrigerated environment (36 degrees).
