Drive quantitative insights, experimentation, and data-driven decision-making for the team.
- •As a Senior Data Analyst, you’ll be responsible for the team's quantitative insights.
- •You will be the driver of our experimentation and learning efforts and will collaborate with different teams.
- •Key Responsibilities Understanding Truecaller's data.
- •Defining experiments, overseeing their setup, and analyzing their results to drive decision-making.
- •Developing and maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs) for the team.
- •Creating data pipelines and dashboards to measure the team's KPIs and effectively communicate insights.
- •Coaching and mentoring the team on experimentation and data-driven product development processes.
- •Requirements 5+ years of experience in Data Analytics Experience in using SQL to extract, transform, and analyse data Experience in data visualisation tools like Looker (preferred), QlikSense, Tableau, or Power BI Experience in digging into different data sources to understand why specific customer behaviours happen Fluent in spoken and written English
