- •Stepful is seeking a Senior Graphic & Motion Designer to own the visual production for their paid social program, creating static and animated ads to drive signups and maintain brand consistency across all channels.
- •Key Responsibilities Design static and animated ads for paid social, from concept through final delivery.
- •Build and run a content testing roadmap for paid social creative.
- •Develop creative for emerging channels and support design for marketing projects beyond paid social.
- •Help develop brand guidelines and share them with creative agencies.
- •Actively experiment with AI tools to speed up creative workflows and production.
- •Requirements 3-5 years of professional design experience, ideally supporting startups.
- •Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
- •Demonstrated experience using generative AI tools and AI-driven workflows.
- •Strong understanding of digital production, asset optimization, and scaling creative.
- •Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a track record of collaborating effectively across cross-functional teams.
