Head of Banking

Lead the strategy and execution for Capi's international banking infrastructure.

• •Capi is seeking a Head of Banking to design and execute the strategy for its international banking infrastructure.
• •Key Responsibilities Own the banking partner roadmap across entities, corridors, currencies, and use cases.
• •Lead market intelligence on the partner landscape and build business cases for new partners.
• •Manage end-to-end bank onboarding, including due diligence, legal review, and compliance.
• •Drive relationship management and performance of banking partners, including SLA tracking and risk management.
• •Requirements 8+ years in banking partnerships, financial infrastructure, treasury, or fintech operations.
• •Direct experience managing relationships with tier 1 banks.
• •Deep familiarity with cross-border payment infrastructure (SEPA, SWIFT, correspondent banking, FX).
• •Proven track record owning complex, multi-stakeholder processes end-to-end.
• •Exceptional stakeholder management and clear, precise communication skills.
