- •Maintain accurate documentation in Greenhouse for reporting and data integrity.
- •Requirements 5+ years full-lifecycle technical recruiting experience.
- •Experience hiring in fast-paced/startup or digital health environments.
- •Proven success building sourcing pipelines and top-of-funnel strategies.
- •Ability to translate recruiting data into actionable insights.
