About the role

Lead and develop a sales team for AI infrastructure and inference platform.

  • Lead and develop a team of Commercial Account Executives and Account Managers to sell fal.ai’s generative media infrastructure and AI inference platform to commercial customers from startups to enterprises in San Francisco.
  • Key Responsibilities Manage, coach, and develop Commercial AEs and AMs to meet quotas and grow revenue.
  • Build predictable forecasting, pipeline hygiene, and consistent sales execution.
  • Coach reps through complex technical sales cycles with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Partner with product, marketing, and leadership to align sales strategy and opportunities.
  • Requirements Proven track record managing and developing high-performing sales teams in SaaS, developer tools, cloud, or AI.
  • Strong understanding of full sales cycle including prospecting, qualification, negotiation, and renewals.
  • Experience coaching on technical/product-led sales motions with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills; interest in AI and generative media.
