- •The Senior Technical Account Manager acts as a customer-facing technical advisor, driving product adoption, solving technical challenges, and ensuring successful deployments of the Dragos Platform for industrial customers.
- •Key Responsibilities Serve as a Dragos Platform power user to help customers succeed with ICS security technology.
- •Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders.
- •Drive product adoption and successful deployments.
- •Provide custom content and product recommendations.

- •Requirements Demonstrated experience working with customers in a technical advisory or account management capacity.
- •Familiarity with ICS/OT cybersecurity concepts and tools.
