  • The Senior Technical Account Manager acts as a customer-facing technical advisor, driving product adoption, solving technical challenges, and ensuring successful deployments of the Dragos Platform for industrial customers.
  • Key Responsibilities Serve as a Dragos Platform power user to help customers succeed with ICS security technology.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders.
  • Drive product adoption and successful deployments.
  • Provide custom content and product recommendations.
  • Gather customer feedback to inform product improvements.
  • Requirements Demonstrated experience working with customers in a technical advisory or account management capacity.
  • Familiarity with ICS/OT cybersecurity concepts and tools.
  • Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to support product adoption and deployment activities.
