  • Lead a team of Patient Relations Liaisons to drive patient engagement, membership retention, and growth across the Medical Group and IPA networks, partnering cross-functionally to improve patient experience and operational outcomes.
  • Key Responsibilities Coach and develop patient relations team focused on outreach and retention.
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide feedback for improvement.
  • Oversee escalated patient concerns and ensure timely resolution.
  • Drive retention and membership growth initiatives with clinical and marketing partners.
  • Requirements High school diploma required; Associate's/Bachelor's preferred. 3-5 years healthcare operations or patient relations experience.
  • Supervisory/leadership experience and strong communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and knowledge of HIPAA compliance.
