Lead and coach enterprise sales team to achieve revenue targets in eCommerce logistics.
- •Easyship is seeking a Head of Sales to lead their enterprise sales team.
- •This role involves coaching and developing Account Executives to close high-value, complex deals in the eCommerce shipping and logistics space.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead, coach, and develop a team of enterprise Account Executives.
- •Drive the team to hit pipeline and revenue targets on large, complex deals.
- •Refine and enforce the enterprise GTM playbook.
- •Coach reps through complex sales cycles and C-level stakeholders.
- •Run disciplined pipeline reviews and accurate forecasting.
- •Requirements 6+ years of B2B sales experience, including 3+ years managing an enterprise sales team.
- •Track record of consistently hitting team quota and developing AEs.
- •Understanding of eCommerce shipping, warehousing, and fulfillment logistics.
- •Experience building and refining a repeatable enterprise GTM sales process.
- •Data-first approach and strong analytical and forecasting skills.
