  • Culture Amp is looking for a Renewals Manager to own the end-to-end renewal lifecycle for a high-volume book of Scaled Commercial accounts.
  • This role balances negotiation with structured process management to drive customer retention.
  • Key Responsibilities Manage a high-volume pipeline, initiating outreach 4 months prior to contract end dates.
  • Lead communications with senior stakeholders to resolve complex concerns and influence renewal outcomes.
  • Partner with Customer Success and Account Managers to mitigate churn risks and hand off expansion opportunities.
  • Maintain 100% accuracy in Salesforce for forecasting and documentation.
  • Requirements 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing or revenue-adjacent roles, ideally in B2B SaaS.
  • Experience working in a CRM, preferably Salesforce.
  • Strong organizational skills and a data-aware mindset for navigating reports and dashboards.
