About the role
Manages renewal lifecycle for high-volume commercial accounts, balancing negotiation and process management.
- •Culture Amp is looking for a Renewals Manager to own the end-to-end renewal lifecycle for a high-volume book of Scaled Commercial accounts.
- •This role balances negotiation with structured process management to drive customer retention.
- •Key Responsibilities Manage a high-volume pipeline, initiating outreach 4 months prior to contract end dates.
- •Lead communications with senior stakeholders to resolve complex concerns and influence renewal outcomes.
- •Partner with Customer Success and Account Managers to mitigate churn risks and hand off expansion opportunities.
- •Maintain 100% accuracy in Salesforce for forecasting and documentation.
- •Requirements 1-2 years of experience in customer-facing or revenue-adjacent roles, ideally in B2B SaaS.
- •Experience working in a CRM, preferably Salesforce.
- •Strong organizational skills and a data-aware mindset for navigating reports and dashboards.
