Bring structure and visibility to the marketing team as a Marketing Project Manager.
- •We're looking for a Marketing Project Manager to bring structure, visibility, and momentum to our marketing team.
- •Key Responsibilities Lead the marketing project workstream from intake and scoping through execution, trafficking, and final delivery.
- •Serve as the primary operational liaison between Marketing, Product, CX, and Compliance.
- •Build, optimize, and manage workflows in Jira and Asana, including intake forms, project templates, and documentation standards.
- •Proactively identify dependencies, flag timeline shifts, and resolve project blockers across internal and external stakeholders before they impact deadlines.
- •Create and maintain shared documentation to ensure processes, workflows, and project decisions are visible and accessible to all teams.
- •Requirements 3-5+ years of experience in marketing project management, marketing operations, or a similar coordination-heavy role in a compliance heavy environment.
- •Advanced Tool Fluency: High proficiency in Jira, Confluence, Asana, and G Suite.
- •Process Builder: Proven experience building operational processes from scratch.
- •Cross-Functional Execution: A strong track record of managing multiple stakeholders across different levels of an organization and successfully delivering complex projects on time.
