Post Merger Integration Lead

Lead integration of acquired businesses into Bunch's operating model.

• •Bunch is seeking a strategic and hands-on Post Merger Integration (PMI) Lead to own and drive the integration of acquired fund administration businesses into their operating model.
• •This role is central to aligning people, processes, and systems across acquisitions to ensure a smooth transition to their proprietary software platform.
• •Key Responsibilities Develop and execute robust post-merger integration plans focused on migrating core operational processes to their proprietary software platform.
• •Partner with the deal team during acquisitions to conduct integration feasibility assessments and contribute to due diligence insights.
• •Lead integration work streams (e.g., operations, finance, compliance, HR), monitor progress, flag risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• •Requirements 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally financial services or management consulting.
• •High aptitude for AI tools and workflow automation or willingness to quickly ramp up.
• •Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• •Strong experience in technology-driven operations and business process automation.
