• •Valet Trash by Fetch is hiring a full-time Area Supervisor to own field-level quality and contractor performance across a dedicated market.
• •Key Responsibilities Conduct quality checks and audits across assigned communities.
• •Verify on-site logistics, equipment, and service conditions.
• •Monitor and drive community-level service quality rates.
• •Conduct on-site orientations for Service Partners.
• •Identify and respond to service disruptions and coverage gaps.
• •Requirements Reliable open-bed pickup truck required.
• •Willingness to perform hands-on, physical field work.
• •Ability to lift and handle up to 50-70 lbs.
• •Strong attention to detail and clear communication skills.
