Manage IonQ's NetSuite ecosystem and support ERP consolidation.

• •Manage and evolve IonQ's NetSuite ecosystem, partnering with Finance, Operations, and IT to support ERP consolidation and scalable systems for a public company.
• •Key Responsibilities Day-to-day NetSuite administration and operations.
• •Manage internal and external support staff for systems.
• •Implement configuration, workflow, and module improvements.
• •Partner with Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, and IT to gather requirements.
• •Requirements Hands-on NetSuite administration experience.
• •Experience with ERP systems and consolidation efforts.
• •Ability to work across Finance, Operations, and IT stakeholders.
• •Experience in complex environments (multiple revenue streams, manufacturing, government contracts).
