- •We’re hiring a Product Owner
- •KYC to work directly with our founders and build our customer verification product function from the ground up.
- •You’ll lead a cross-functional product team focused on customer onboarding, identity verification, and ongoing due diligence, delivering measurable impact through smart, data-driven analyses.
- •Key Responsibilities Own the product vision and roadmap for customer onboarding, identity verification, and ongoing due diligence.
- •Lead a team of engineers and other cross-functional partners to design, deliver, and refine verification journeys, decisioning rules, and KYC systems.
- •Define and track KPIs like verification completion rate, onboarding conversion, manual review rate, and time-to-verification.
- •Requirements Proven product experience in fintech, payments, or KYC / customer identity verification.
- •Strong track record delivering data-driven products with engineering and analytics teams.
- •Strong SQL or Python skills, with hands-on experience using data to analyse performance, identify problems, and inform product decisions.
