- •OpenAI is seeking a Compensation Operations Manager to build and execute the operational infrastructure for its global variable compensation programs.
- •This role focuses on driving scalable commission policies and operational excellence across GTM teams.
- •Key Responsibilities Administer compensation plans, quotas, credits, adjustments, exceptions, and payout processes.
- •Design and maintain scalable processes for accurate and efficient compensation administration.
- •Implement and maintain compensation policies, ensuring consistent application across GTM teams.
- •Manage field support for compensation-related inquiries and execute recurring compensation payout cycles.
- •Partner with Legal, HR, and Finance to support governance, compliance, and audit requirements.
- •Requirements 8+ years of experience in compensation operations, sales operations, revenue operations, or related roles.
- •Deep experience administering variable compensation programs at scale.
- •Strong experience with compensation systems and operational tooling.
