• •Key Responsibilities Own technical quality, team well-being, and delivery execution Balance hands-on coding with team leadership Write, review, and merge code daily Challenge Product on definitions, priorities, timing, and roadmap trade-offs Deliver meaningful PR reviews that elevate code quality and help teammates grow Requirements 7+ years of experience as a Software Engineer with strong technical skills in Python 3+ years of experience in team management, preferably in a start-up or scale-up environment Experience building distributed systems or integration platforms Strong interest in AI and its applications in cybersecurity Comfortable working with and leveraging AI-powered tools to improve workflows and productivity
