Staff Software Engineer – DevX

Develops tools and platforms to enhance developer experience and streamline engineering processes.

• •We're looking for an accomplished Staff Software Engineer (DevX) to drive the development of tools and platforms that enhance our developers’ experience.
• •In this role, you’ll build and integrate software solutions that streamline coding, testing, and deployment processes, making our engineering teams more effective and efficient.
• •Key Responsibilities Design and develop internal software tools, services, and frameworks that improve the developer experience.
• •Improve and maintain our CI/CD pipeline code and infrastructure.
• •Contribute to the architecture of our developer platform by evaluating new technologies.
• •Mentor and guide other software engineers in using DevX tools and adopting best practices.
• •Partner with engineering teams to define and enforce AI standards within the developer ecosystem.
• •Requirements 5+ years' experience in Software Engineering or DevOps roles, with a focus on building developer tooling or platforms.
• •Programming skills in one or more languages (such as Python, Java, Go, or C#).
• •Experience designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines and build/release processes.
