Sr. Software Engineer (Design Engineering)

Build and evolve Benepass's design system and frontend foundations.

• •Benepass is scaling rapidly, and the complexity of our frontend and product experience requires engineers who can translate design and product ideas into high-quality, scalable UI systems.
• •Key Responsibilities Contribute to the development and evolution of Benepass’s design system and component library.
• •Build reusable, accessible, and scalable React/TypeScript components.
• •Collaborate with Design to translate UI/UX concepts into reusable components and patterns.
• •Work with Product to understand requirements, constraints, and tradeoffs.
• •Write clean, maintainable code.
• •Requirements Strong experience with React and TypeScript.
• •Proven track record of building scalable, maintainable UI systems.
• •Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• •Experience with component libraries and design systems.
