Raw Materials Specialist

Ensure quality and compliance of raw materials in food production.

• •As a Raw Material Specialist, you will report into the Supplier Assurance Manager, ensuring the company quality system is operated effectively from raw materials to finished goods.

• •Key Responsibilities Goods intake inspection and assessment of ingredients, ensuring compliance with quality and food safety standards.
• •Co-ordination and review of raw material specifications.
• •Collection and booking of samples for analysis.
• •Ensuring scheduled tasks like internal audits and KPI reporting are completed on time.
• •Supporting the introduction of new ingredients and suppliers.
• •Requirements Experience/knowledge of reviewing raw material and/or finished product specifications.
• •Ability to interpret written standards and apply them to product assessment.
• •Strong communication skills and a conscientious, diligent attitude.
