  • As a Customer Success Manager at Benepass, you will lead the management of SMB and emerging tech clients, ensuring satisfaction, retention, and growth.
  • You will work closely with customers to provide tailored solutions and ensure they derive maximum value from our fintech benefits platform.
  • Key Responsibilities Manage a portfolio of SMB clients through all stages of the customer lifecycle, from onboarding to success planning.
  • Drive platform education and adoption through regular check-ins, training, and best practice guidance.
  • Identify growth opportunities and collaborate with sales on upsell and expansion strategies.
  • Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address at-risk accounts.
  • Requirements 3-5 years of experience in customer success or account management in SaaS, start-up, or the Benefits space.
  • Direct experience working specifically in the Benefits industry.
  • Proven track record of managing and growing SMB and emerging tech accounts.
  • Ability to analyze data and business insights to influence stakeholder decision-making.
