- •Found seeks a Head of Growth to lead paid acquisition, growth experimentation, creative strategy, and conversion optimization to scale member growth and own growth P&L.
- •Key Responsibilities Own growth strategy, budget allocation, and unit-economics (CAC, LTV/CAC).
- •Lead paid acquisition across Meta, Google, TikTok, OTT, and emerging channels.
- •Build a creative engine for testing and scaling high-performing ad creative.
- •Drive experimentation, conversion optimization, and measurement/attribution.
- •Requirements 8+ years in growth or performance marketing with ownership of ROAS, CAC, and revenue targets.
- •Hands-on experience with Meta, Google, TikTok and emerging channels; strong creative instincts.
- •Analytical skills in attribution, incrementality, cohort/LTV analysis; comfortable with SQL or analytics partnership.
- •Experience managing growth teams, agencies, and external partners.
