System Verification and Test Engineer

This role involves hands-on system verification and testing of radar and software systems, ensuring products meet requirements.

• •Echodyne is seeking a System Verification and Test Engineer II to join their fast-growing team.
• •You will be hands-on with radar and software systems, ensuring products meet requirements and customer expectations.
• •You will own system verification testing from designing test plans to executing them in the field.
• •Key Responsibilities Conceptualize, design, plan, and execute verification testing of radar and radar equipment subsystems Lead a small team of UAS pilots or other test participants as needed to execute verification testing Provide detailed feedback on hardware and software issues and user experience during testing for product improvement Develop and deploy test equipment necessary for verification testing Requirements Effective communication skills, both written and verbal Experience with hardware and software verification testing Ability to remain organized and work independently Bachelor of Science or higher degree in engineering or equivalent experience FAA Remote Pilot Certification (Part 107), or ability to complete certification within 90 days
