Support routine iPSC culture and preclinical work for functional human egg development.

• •Conception is seeking a detail-oriented junior scientist to support routine iPSC culture and foundational preclinical work.
• •This role is crucial for maintaining high standards in cell culture quality and contributing to the development of functional human eggs from iPSCs.
• •Key Responsibilities Culture and maintain iPSCs with rigorous standards and sterile technique.
• •Support cell bank quality control, including testing and sample preparation.
• •Perform directed differentiations and maintain documentation.
• •Assist in improving quality control and standard operating procedures.
• •Prepare critical reagents like media and small molecules.
• •Requirements Bachelors degree in biology or a related field. 6 months+ of experience with sterile cell culture.
• •Demonstrated ability to follow protocols meticulously and record data with high integrity.
• •Basic molecular biology techniques including DNA extraction and PCR.
