  • Work closely with senior stakeholders, align on measurable outcomes, and guide customers from onboarding through renewal and growth.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to your customers.
  • Requirements Strong commercial ownership, customer leadership, and the ability to operate confidently in a fast-moving, outcome-driven environment.
  • Hybrid: This is a hybrid role, requiring you to work from our Boston office 2 days per week, with flexibility to work remotely on other days.
