About the role

Lead customer success, adoption, and renewal for top accounts in networking and security.

  • As a Cato Customer Success Manager, you will be a trusted advisor to our top customers from deployment and throughout their journey to renewal.
  • You will inspire and support customer adoption and expansion, using your customer facing and technical acumen to lead our customers to success.
  • Key Responsibilities Responsible for the health of assigned accounts and ensure customers realize the full value of their investment.
  • Develop meaningful relationships with key stakeholders within the customer and Cato's teams.
  • Own and orchestrate Cato's post-sales motion, including QBRs, product adoption assessments, renewals, and upsells.
  • Requirements 5+ years of experience in Customer Success at a high-growth SaaS, technology vendor, or Cybersecurity company.
  • Experience in full commercial negotiations and technical escalations.
  • Experience with networking or security software solutions.
  • Excellent customer communication and presentation skills.
